I had them do my pool deck and my driveway. The pool deck was done flawlessly and years later it still looks great. They did a good job with the driveway too, but ended up causing some major blockage to my sewage line. They did fix the issue very quickly. My only real issue with the company is that any time I try and get warranty repairs it takes several months for them to send someone out(it happened twice).

We needed to have our pool and deck repaired/replaced and after reading all the reviews decided on using Arrowhead pools. Lynette and Chris were great to work with. They addressed our needs and worked to make sure any issues were taken care of. We are happy with the results and look forward to having more years of enjoyment from our pool and deck.

Arrowhead Deck & Pool Is the best! I reviewed many companies and read Arrowhead reviews. Arrowhead is above and beyond the others. I contacted the Arrowhead and they sent out Scott who took measurements and explained what they would do to transform our deck from 2000 to 2024! Scott gave us a very fair quote and we decided to go along with Arrowhead to do our project. The next person that I was introduced to is Cory, who is the Project Manager. Cory was friendly, always smiling and gave us a fresh, relaxed feeling about our project. We were very apprehensive, but Cory explained everything they would be doing and calmed any apprehensions that we had. Cory was very thorough at how the process goes from how they will cover the pool water and tape all the surfaces off so they can concentrate on the work that they do. The first process was to remove this big boulder that we had on the deck and a bunch of small stones that were embedded in concrete. The crew came out and hand removed all embedded stones and a hand chiseled this huge boulder away. It took them all day, but when they left, we couldn’t even tell that they had done all this work because the yard was SO CLEAN and area fresh concrete and it looked really beautiful. Cory stopped by to make sure everything was OK and said that the next crew out would be the “Pool Brothers”! Juan, who is the supervisor of the Pool Brothers, came out and said that his crews are the crews that will grind off the existing surface and then reapply all the various layers to complete the project. Every step of the way, Juan would ask if we wanted to come out and take a look, even though it wasn’t necessary, which I thought was very professional Then we got to the point where we had to pick our colors and Juan took his time and didn’t rush and showed us pictures of previous jobs they had performed and give us his thoughts of what would look best with our house paint color, and our pool color and landscape. When they were done, Juan had us come out and take a look and we were just blown away at how beautiful our new Deck & Patio was! Juan explained the process that we had to stay off the deck for 4 days and Juan said not to put the furniture back on the surface for another 3 days for a total of 7 days. My wife and I are so happy and ecstatic at how Arrowhead Deck & Pool has taken our old tired deck & patio and transformed it into a new deck & patio. Don’t even consider another company, save your time and go with Arrowhead Deck & Pool! Tell them Jeff & Geri told you to call! And you want to deal with Scott, Cory & Juan! AND, they also offer financing!

Purchased a home that had an existing pool that was in need of a refresh. I met with, and obtained quotes from six contractors before deciding to go with Arrowhead. Pricing was fair and our rep Scott was excellent to work with during the design and bidding phase; receptive to new ideas/changes and quick to turn around adjustments/new bids. We met with our PM Cory for a kick off to review the project; Demo existing decking, tile & interior finish, added a 5′ real rock waterfall & other large accent rocks into the pool surround, new pebble finish, decking, etc. Cory and his team of foreman we’re communicative throughout as any issues arose, and the project was completed on schedule despite a couple hiccups and weather delays. When we were getting bids for our pool renovation, one company stood out, Arrowhead Deck and Pools. Our project manager, Lynnette, was available to us anytime we needed her. Most impressive was the fact the whole project was completed in under 10 days, as promised. The workers were very careful with our shrubs and gates, and they cleaned up after every day’s work. Best of all, Lynnette came every single day for the first week or so to brush our pool so we didn’t lose our warranty since we were not able to brush due to back injections. It has been months since our pool was remodeled yet Lynnette still follows up to make sure everything is going well. Jack and I would also like to acknowledge our sales person Scott as he was very thorough. We highly recommend Scott, Lynnette and Arrowhead Deck, we are completely satisfied!

I needed my 20 year old pool deck refinished. I was looking for pros and found them with the Arrowhead team. They were professional and did the job as proposed and when they said they would. I would highly recommend.

I recommend Arrowhead Deck and Pools because I had a great experience from start to finish. Caleb answered all my questions in a timely manner and listened to what I wanted done rather then what he wanted to sell me. Then Ronnie and the project manager, Diego both had great communication and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Their crew men did beautiful work and showed up as planned on time and best of all I’m happy with the result.

We had our 1980’s plaster diving pool resurfaced with Pebbletec and added new tile to the waterline and waterfall – we also added a large 8 foot Baja shelf to the shallow end. Pool renovations are competitive in Arizona, but Arrowhead came out on top with their friendly and professional service. Months after the job completed, I was still able to get great service from Diego with questions I had. We are really happy with the Tahoe pebble color in the end and are so glad we decided to move forward with this project.

I get several quotes when doing stuff to my home. Justin came out and that was it. He is so sweet it was like an old friend came by. So I hired Arrowhead. Then Lynnette was my job manager. She was so nice and kind. Lynnette explained every step. Got the job scheduled and finished in under two weeks. My pool and deck are beautiful. Thank you Lynnette and Justin for making such a stressful time easy.

I highly recommend Arrowhead Deck and Pools for anyone who needs a pool remodel! Our pool was old and in desperate need of a remodel after cracks got bigger and water stopped leaking, we knew it was time. I got 6 different quotes from pool companies and Dave came out with the top most professionalism. I met with him and discussed all of the issues with the pool and concerns I had with the entire project. I was amazed at the high level of tech he used for measuring and how seamless his process was. I had a quote in my hand before he left my house! I didn’t have to wait at all to know what I was getting into, how things would progress and the overall cost.
Once we accepted the quote, everything was signed online via the web portal and work started the following week. We went into the office and met with Cristina who made sure we were satisfied with our tile, pebble and patio colors and confirmed that the materials were in stock and we were able to get our desired outcome! Cristina made sure we had all necessary documents to care for our pool and deck after the completion of our project as well.
The entire project was about 5 weeks to complete and I had an amazing project manager keep in touch with me the entire time. I did have a few questions during the process that I texted and called about, and was given follow up each time. Michelle was excellent to work with and although I have a hard time with what “things should look like” I was met with reassurance each time I had a question. She really taught me to TRUST THE PROCESS!

Great Service from start to finish. We had a little trouble getting the office to get somebody to get us a quote, but after that was ironed out we were very impressed by the service we received. Arrowhead came to our site for not only a quote, but also to consult and propose solutions to our challenging pool deck and backyard travertine remodeling. We requested 4 quotes before we made a decision to go with Arrowhead, not because they were the lowest price, but because they presented us with practical solutions to some of our unique problems.

Once the remodeling started they stayed on the project until finished. After it was completed we discovered some minor issues that they promptly addressed.

We were very satisfied with the great job Arrowhead did on our pool deck and adjacent backyard area. They were easy to deal with during the remodeling and they transformed a very bad situation into an extremely attractive pool deck and adjacent patio.

Caleb, our sales rep/designer, was fantastic! Our 10+yr old plaster pool was in desperate need of a facelift. Caleb spent hours with us discussing our options, reviewing pebbletec colors and tile patterns. He answered all of our questions …. and we had A LOT of questions! Absolutely the best. I had a patio done a couple of years ago and the project was done expertly and looks beautiful. Several tiles have shifted due to a seam in the original concrete slab. Arrowhead came out to determine issue and are fixing the problem at no cost to me. Thank you John.

Arrowhead worked with us to determine our options for both functionality and aesthetics to ensure that we stayed in budget. Arrowhead did the complete resurfacing of our pool deck area in our HOA in Florence. I watched them do a very thorough grind and re-surface of the deck. It turned out amazing. My wife was in charge of gathering bids for the project. First I would say it was money well spent. We were wanting to do something to our 30 year old pool and patio area. I contacted Arrowhead Pool and Deck, and they sent out Dave our salesman. He came out to our home with many samples and suggestions to help us with our project. He did such a great job, we signed with them that very same day. The next day Michele and Manny to scope out the project. Michele was our project manager a very nice lady. She did a great job coordinating our project and making sure everything was there when needed. Manny (and his brother) were the fellas who installed our travertine tile in our pool and patio area, Manny is a perfectionist ( to a fault ha ha ) and did a great job. Our pool and patio came out better than we anticipated. I would also like to thank all the other people at Arrow head that help with our project. You won’t be disappointed using this company. Arrowhead Deck and Pools revised our failing cool deck. The process was expedient and seemless. The old decking was removed and the new deck installed over 4 days. This is a company that really believes in customer service. From the first contact with Scott and manager Lynette we had constant communication regarding any questions we had. Lynette answered texts immediately so we were never left with unanswered questions. The patio is beautiful and 1 reason is because we were involved in the color choice as it was being applied. When the workers left they took all debris with them. We don’t have any negative comments to share because there wasn’t anything negative. This is the second time we used this company and it has grown, but has maintained it’s high standards of customer care.
