Extended our back patio. New and existing patio were resurfaced via cool decking and painting.
John Trice came out and provided a quote three ways. He said our existing patio could be cleaned and painted or completely resurfaced and painted. He gave us a quote both ways. He additionally quoted an addition we were considering. We opted that same day to go with the addition and a complete resurface. Later that week John and his cement contractor came out to discuss pouring the addition. One week later it was poured. Working together we decided to add a curve to the addition. After a couple weeks drying time John and staff came out to do the resurfacing. The first day a thin layer of cement was laid. The next day masking was done and the texturing was put down. The day after the texturing was smoothed and painted. The final day the masking was removed and touch up painting completed the project. Everything was completed in the agreed timeframe. The cement contractor as well as John’s staff did a great job. They were professional and friendly. Everything was cleaned up so we didn’t have to do any of that. Additionally, John left us paint for any touch up and to paint step stones to match our cool decking. I have already recommended Arrowhead Deck Resurfacing and John to two neighbors.
