John gave us a quote, had concrete pad placed and tile removed from existing concrete pad within a few days. We were given an installation date for the coating 4 weeks in advance and the crew began the work that day and completed within 4 days. The crew was punctual and knowledgeable of the product and gave us a very nice looking patio.
