Repaired pool deck where it was deteriorated on some of the edge and resurfaced and painted the entire deck.
I met with the owner at my home who went over the entire process – what to expect, the timeline, choices of texture and color, costs of all the choices. He was very professional and also a nice and friendly person. He was spot on with everything we discussed. There was one small glitch in the first day the guys doing the work were to arrive to power wash – they misread the address and it was late so they were not able to make it – but did show up earlier the following morning to take care of everything. I was called right away to be notified of the glitch, and it was not a problem at all. The guys who showed up were extremely professional, helpful and willing to answer any questions and did not hesitate to make any adjustments I requested. The finished deck is beautiful – I absolutely LOVE IT! I would give this company 5 stars – very high marks all the way around. Truly one of the best customer service/customer friendly companies I have ever come across. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU
