The pool deck was thoroughly evaluated by the business owner for seen and unseen damage before a quote was given. The quote included all the steps necessary to resurface the pool deck. The deck was 25 years old and I was sure it was beyond repair and needed a complete do-over. But I was assured it would be like new without bringing out the jack hammer. It is absolutely beautiful. It took three days. The two workers were there early each day, and went over that pool deck inch by inch on their hands and knees and left me with a brand new-looking deck, beautifully textured and painted.
