All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of request and may be subject to change if project requirements change. Final terms, payment schedules, and warranties are outlined in signed contracts.
3. Customer Responsibilities
When working with us, you agree to:

Obtain necessary permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Allow safe access to the job site during the project.
4. Estimates, Contracts, and Payments
Free estimates are for initial reference only and do not constitute a binding agreement.
A signed contract is required before work begins.
Final costs may vary based on material selection, site conditions, or additional requests.
Cancellations after work begins may be subject to fees for labor and materials already used.
5. Warranties and Liability
We use high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship. Any warranties will be specified in your contract. Arrowhead Deck and Pools is not responsible for damages caused by factors beyond our control, including severe weather, improper maintenance, or misuse after project completion.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, images, logos, and materials are the property of Arrowhead Deck and Pools. They may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
