With eight years of industry experience and five years at Arrowhead Deck & Pools, Cory Harned plays an important role in helping projects run smoothly from start to finish. He specializes in clear communication between clients and tradesmen, helping ensure everyone is aligned and working toward the same goals throughout the construction process.
Cory is known for being detail-oriented, punctual, and solutions-focused. He approaches challenges with an optimistic mindset and believes strong communication and collaboration are key to creating a successful experience for homeowners. His goal is to help every project stay organized, efficient, and moving forward with confidence.
Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Cory takes pride in serving homeowners in the community he has always called home. Family is a major part of his life. He and his fiancée are getting married on November 7, 2026, and together they are raising their son, Oliver, who recently turned two.
