 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would use someone else. What was supposed to be a 2-3 week project turned out to be 5 months. They really did a lazy job on the pool decking and on the columns. They had to come out 3 different times to fix the cracking. Cracking was due to the sub contractor not knowing how to do the work. Project manager argued with me via text and was only present at time to pick up the check and when the owner had to visit the property due to the lazy job they did. They got two stars because they ended up (on my demand) having a different sub come out and fix all the mistakes.

Communication was unbelievable poor
After pain 50% down on the job with the balance due on completion, we received a past due notice before the job was done when we contact them they said just ignore it
Then after the job was done and we paid them, we received two different collection type lien notices from a Titan lean Services company even though arrowhead was paid in full and they admitted it was paid in full. They said it was just part of the practice.

Steve gave us an overview of the process which was useful. Juan and his team were exceptional. Juan helped with the color and texture selection, was on site everyday to talk to the team, answer any questions we had and explain what happens next. Miguel Angel and Miguel were very careful and respectful of the property, diligently got the work done and cleaned up after they left. Juan also provided us with paint for any touch-up for the future.

Was the crew amazing, hard working and there everyday? Again YES! I recommend this company 100%. From my first point of contact with Cody ( no upsell just good old fashioned what do you need and let's get it done awesomeness) to our project manager, Cory who was available whenever I had a question, communicated every step of the way and loves what he does so it shows! Then onto Debbony in the showroom who was fun and helped us pick color schemes and made sure everything got to the crew correctly. Last but not least, Jesus, our crew manager and what a crew they were! At my house at 7:30-5:30. Happy/Personable and hard working with attention to detail. Jesus communicated anytime the crew was coming out, what they were doing and always made sure everything went just right. Was I amazed? YES! Sadly it's been a long time since I used a company with respect, work ethic and a zest for what they do. Kudos to the owners of Arrowhead Deck and Pools for hiring well. Thank you.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an outstanding experience with Arrowhead Deck and Pools, LLC! They resurfaced our pool with PebbleTec, redid the cool decking, and replaced all the drains around the pool—and the results are absolutely incredible.

Starting from the top, the owner Cat personally called me back to move up our estimate, which immediately showed the level of care and customer service this company provides. From start to finish, her entire team was amazing—informative, communicative, and most importantly, they operate with INTEGRITY.

A huge shoutout to our project manager Cory—he was knowledgeable, honest, and gave us great guidance on what we should and shouldn’t do, which we really appreciated. Also, Deb at the showroom was fantastic. She helped us choose our pool finish and tile, and her eye for design made a big difference. Everything came together beautifully thanks to her input.

We recently hired this company to completely upgrade our backyard, including new patio flooring and pool deck using large porcelain tile. The final result looks fantastic—modern, clean, and exactly the high-end look we wanted. The tile work is solid, the installation is professional, and everything has held up well so far. We’re genuinely satisfied with the completed job and happy we moved forward with the project.
Mat, the salesman, was excellent from the very beginning. He is very nice, personable, and truly cares about his clients. He listened to what we wanted, explained the new product options clearly, and helped us make good decisions. His follow-up and communication made the process much smoother.
The project had quite a few hiccups along the way, and Steve (the project manager) was okay managing them. There were some delays and coordination issues that could have been handled better, but the team ultimately got the job done right.
Overall, we would recommend this company if you’re looking for quality workmanship on a patio/pool deck project, especially with premium large-format porcelain tile. Just be prepared that timelines may shift. We’re pleased with the end result and glad we chose them.
