Born and raised in Arizona, Matt Baumann brings over 24 years of experience in sales, marketing, communication, and relationship building. His goal is simple: leave every person and every place better than he found it.
Matt believes that trust, communication, and genuine relationships are the foundation of every great customer experience. He treats everyone with respect and focuses on understanding each client’s unique needs.
Throughout his career, Matt has received leadership, business, and public speaking awards, but his favorite honor is an award handmade by his two children naming him the “Greatest Dad Ever.”
When he’s not working, Matt enjoys spending time with his kids, hanging at the beach, exploring the outdoors, hiking, traveling, photography, art, and discovering a great cup of coffee. He considers it a privilege to be part of the Arrowhead team and values the company’s commitment to teamwork, communication, and exceptional customer care.
