Rather than tear out the existing waterline tile, we saw-cut and preserved it, bead-blasted it clean, and reinstalled it, keeping the original design intact and cutting waste.
Added a custom handrail at the Baja shelf and new Pentair channel drains, and pulled and reset the in-floor pop-up cleaning system so it keeps working after the refinish. Genuine PebbleTec holds up to Arizona’s hard water and UV far better than standard plaster.
