As business owners, my wife and I are very critical of the typical (lack of) customer service provided by most companies these days. Broken promises, delays and lack of deliverables seem to be more the norm. BUT, this certainly wasn’t true of John, Tom and the entire team at Arrowhead Deck and Pools!
We first met John and Tom at one of the Home Shows on a Friday morning (May 5th). After discussing our desired pool remodel and concrete resurfacing of our back patio, John gave us his personal guarantee that our entire project could be completed before the end of May for Memorial Day! That seemed impossible since other companies were bidding the same project with 6-8 months lead time – and for much more money!
So, we took a chance. Tom was at our house that same afternoon looking at the job which included breaking out all the old pool tile and pebble tec, building us a new baja deck, adding new pool tiles, some turtle mosaics throughout the pool and then spraying in a new pebble finish.
They began the work 3 days later on the following Monday and had the entire project, including the concrete refinishing on our back patio, 100% completed 3-days earlier than promised! It is beautiful, without mistakes or weird change orders and they even came back afterwards to clean up the pool decking for us.
We cannot say enough about the entire Arrowhead team and would highly recommend them if your looking for fast, dependable work done at a fair price. Thanks again John for keeping your promises. It was more refreshing than you can even imagine!
