Juan helped with the color and texture selection, was on site everyday to talk to the team, answer any questions we had and explain what happens next. Miguel Angel and Miguel were very careful and respectful of the property, diligently got the work done and cleaned up after they left. Then onto Debbony in the showroom who was fun and helped us pick color schemes and made sure everything got to the crew correctly. Last but not least, Jesus, our crew manager and what a crew they were! At my house at 7:30-5:30. Happy/Personable and hard working with attention to detail. Jesus communicated anytime the crew was coming out, what they were doing and always made sure everything went just right. Was I amazed? YES! They resurfaced our pool with PebbleTec, redid the cool decking, and replaced all the drains around the pool—and the results are absolutely incredible. Starting from the top, the owner Cat personally called me back to move up our estimate, which immediately showed the level of care and customer service this company provides. From start to finish, her entire team was amazing—informative, communicative, and most importantly, they operate with INTEGRITY. A huge shoutout to our project manager Cory—he was knowledgeable, honest, and gave us great guidance on what we should and shouldn’t do, which we really appreciated. Also, Deb at the showroom was fantastic. She helped us choose our pool finish and tile, and her eye for design made a big difference. Everything came together beautifully thanks to her input. We recently hired this company to completely upgrade our backyard, including new patio flooring and pool deck using large porcelain tile. The final result looks fantastic—modern, clean, and exactly the high-end look we wanted. The tile work is solid, the installation is professional, and everything has held up well so far. We’re genuinely satisfied with the completed job and happy we moved forward with the project. Mat, the salesman, was excellent from the very beginning. He is very nice, personable, and truly cares about his clients. He listened to what we wanted, explained the new product options clearly, and helped us make good decisions. His follow-up and communication made the process much smoother. The project had quite a few hiccups along the way, and Steve (the project manager) was okay managing them. There were some delays and coordination issues that could have been handled better, but the team ultimately got the job done right. Overall, we would recommend this company if you’re looking for quality workmanship on a patio/pool deck project, especially with premium large-format porcelain tile. Our sales person was. **** *******.He was superb. I had him come out to our property several times he answered every question thoroughly their website and estimate information was great and he tried to accommodate us in every way. We were paying out-of-pocket instead of financing and had to get the best deal we could to make it happen and **** did everything he could to make it happen. We ultimately went with another company only because they had recently remodel a pool and and kept the equipment. The equipment was only three years old and in great shape and they threw that in at a price that we could not refuse. Otherwise, we wouldve went with our head if were ever looking to do any other pool work they will be on the top of the list. I highly recommend them.Posted on Google

After a geotechnical report and leak detection confirmed approximately 75 feet of structural cracking and settling in the main pool and splash pad, a resurfacing plan was implemented to restore the structure and protect this important amenity. The best moment was reopening the pool and seeing residents excited to enjoy the refreshed space again. Hence, they strive for the best experience and outcome for all.Consistent and timely communication was critical to us as a great end product isn't always worth a difficult experience to get there. Our dedicated PM was fantastic. He was always available via text or call and made frequent trips to the project site to ensure things were going well. He was able to communicate the steps and timelines of each phase, to accurately schedule the contractors to work efficiently, to keep us updated per any changes in the schedule, and to ensure we had someone on our side during the project; ready and willing to answer our questions, resolve our needs, and plan accordingly.All of the contractors that came to our home were kind, respectful of the property, and professionals at their craft. The demolition crew especially impressed us with how fast and efficiently they were. John was able to come out the next day for an estimate after we called while other vendors couldn't schedule an estimate for at least 3 weeks out. John provided a great explanation of options available to us and details of the pending process. The actual job was scheduled 3 weeks out which was a very acceptable wait time for the start of the project. Chris and his crew Carlos and Lalo showed up promptly ontime for the start of the project and on each subsequent day. The quality of their work and work ethics were top notch. They were all professional, courteous and kept us informed throughout the process. Chris worked closely with us in choosing, mixing and make sure we were very happy with the final color before applying it to the concrete. The team cleaned the yard at the end of the project leaving no debris in the yard, as if they weren't there. Kari provided excellent communication and customer service throughout the entire process. The quality of the final product was outstanding and we are extrremely happy with the final color chosen. Any glitches in the process were of my own making. It was difficult to envision the end result when choosing the colors and grouting choices. For the first pass, I was not happy with the result. This was my fault - I made the choices. Kari, David and John worked with me to re-schedule and add the needed second color and grouting. I very much appreciate Kari's outstanding customer care and service. This level of response and attention is a rarity these days. David was very, very helpful with my color choices and provided great advice. He, along with Edison and Martine worked hard to get the final result - which is really outstanding, just what I wanted. Scott O.I had Arrowhead Deck and Concrete pour over 1000 ft of new concrete around my pool with a cantilever edge. I also had them replace the water-line tile in my pool. Finally I had them apply and texture with an acrylic coating to reduce surface temperature (and it worked). Very happy with the quality, communication, and value. Will see how it holds up.Posted on Angie's ListCharles H.Had Arrowhead remove old tile, grind the slab, and create what they call a "Flagstone" pattern right into the slab, complete with non-slip texture and a sealant. The whole process took about 4 days. Removing the old tile was clearly the most labor-intensive task, as expected. The work was performed right after Xmas, (Phoenix area) so the condo was open... at first.. The process of grinding off the concrete remnants from the old tile install creates an enormous amount of dust. Even with doors and windows closed, there was a fair amount of dust on the floors of the condo. Not a big deal for me, tho. Of course, everything had to be removed from the patio for the entire length of the project. Sprinklers were disabled.. After completion, I needed to wait a couple days before the sprinklers were enabled, and a full week before I could load the patio up with furniture. I am totally satisfied with the job. All crew members were very knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. They did exactly what they said, and did it in the time frame specified. I asked some of my other contractors about the pricing, and most said it was very reasonable for the work performed. I tend to ask a lot of questions, especially when I'm unfamiliar with the process, and the crew was more than happy to answer all my questions. They incorporated the expansion joints right into the tile texture so there should be no impact if the deck moves a bit again in the future. The crew gave me a "patch kit" consisting of the components they used to create the texture. The office followed-up with me after the work was finished, to ensure I was happy with the process. I can't really suggest anything they could have done to improve the experience for me. I will have them over again when I decide to redo my front patio.Load more
