We had our 1980’s plaster diving pool resurfaced with Pebbletec and added new tile to the waterline and waterfall – we also added a large 8 foot Baja shelf to the shallow end. Pool renovations are competitive in Arizona, but Arrowhead came out on top with their friendly and professional service. Months after the job completed, I was still able to get great service from Diego with questions I had. We are really happy with the Tahoe pebble color in the end and are so glad we decided to move forward with this project.

I get several quotes when doing stuff to my home. Justin came out and that was it. He is so sweet it was like an old friend came by. So I hired Arrowhead. Then Lynnette was my job manager. She was so nice and kind. Lynnette explained every step. Got the job scheduled and finished in under two weeks. My pool and deck are beautiful. Thank you Lynnette and Justin for making such a stressful time easy.

I highly recommend Arrowhead Deck and Pools for anyone who needs a pool remodel! Our pool was old and in desperate need of a remodel after cracks got bigger and water stopped leaking, we knew it was time. I got 6 different quotes from pool companies and Dave came out with the top most professionalism. I met with him and discussed all of the issues with the pool and concerns I had with the entire project. I was amazed at the high level of tech he used for measuring and how seamless his process was. I had a quote in my hand before he left my house! I didn’t have to wait at all to know what I was getting into, how things would progress and the overall cost.
Once we accepted the quote, everything was signed online via the web portal and work started the following week. We went into the office and met with Cristina who made sure we were satisfied with our tile, pebble and patio colors and confirmed that the materials were in stock and we were able to get our desired outcome! Cristina made sure we had all necessary documents to care for our pool and deck after the completion of our project as well.
The entire project was about 5 weeks to complete and I had an amazing project manager keep in touch with me the entire time. I did have a few questions during the process that I texted and called about, and was given follow up each time. Michelle was excellent to work with and although I have a hard time with what “things should look like” I was met with reassurance each time I had a question. She really taught me to TRUST THE PROCESS!
The entire team was very professional and I truly appreciate all of the contracted teams that came to work on my pool project as well. THANK YOU!!

Great Service from start to finish. We had a little trouble getting the office to get somebody to get us a quote, but after that was ironed out we were very impressed by the service we received. Arrowhead came to our site for not only a quote, but also to consult and propose solutions to our challenging pool deck and backyard travertine remodeling. We requested 4 quotes before we made a decision to go with Arrowhead, not because they were the lowest price, but because they presented us with practical solutions to some of our unique problems.

Once the remodeling started they stayed on the project until finished. After it was completed we discovered some minor issues that they promptly addressed.

We were very satisfied with the great job Arrowhead did on our pool deck and adjacent backyard area. They were easy to deal with during the remodeling and they transformed a very bad situation into an extremely attractive pool deck and adjacent patio.

Caleb, our sales rep/designer, was fantastic! Our 10+yr old plaster pool was in desperate need of a facelift. Caleb spent hours with us discussing our options, reviewing pebbletec colors and tile patterns. He answered all of our questions …. and we had A LOT of questions! Absolutely the best. I had a patio done a couple of years ago and the project was done expertly and looks beautiful. Several tiles have shifted due to a seam in the original concrete slab. Arrowhead came out to determine issue and are fixing the problem at no cost to me. Thank you John.

Arrowhead Deck & Pool did a great job for our Association. There scheduling was spot on. They quoted 3 weeks for the whole project to be completed. Our members are very pleased with the new decking and bathroom floors. They are glad the project was only 3 weeks.

First I would say it was money well spent. We were wanting to do something to our 30 year old pool and patio area. I contacted Arrowhead Pool and Deck, and they sent out Dave our salesman. He came out to our home with many samples and suggestions to help us with our project. He did such a great job, we signed with them that very same day. The next day Michele and Manny to scope out the project. Michele was our project manager a very nice lady. She did a great job coordinating our project and making sure everything was there when needed. Manny (and his brother) were the fellas who installed our travertine tile in our pool and patio area, Manny is a perfectionist ( to a fault ha ha ) and did a great job. Our pool and patio came out better than we anticipated. I would also like to thank all the other people at Arrow head that help with our project. You won’t be disappointed using this company. Arrowhead Deck and Pools revised our failing cool deck. The process was expedient and seemless. The old decking was removed and the new deck installed over 4 days. The crews were efficient and courteous with lots of attention directed to cleaning up. The finished product could be right out of Homes and Gardens. This is a company that really believes in customer service. From the first contact with Scott and manager Lynette we had constant communication regarding any questions we had. Lynette answered texts immediately so we were never left with unanswered questions. The patio is beautiful and 1 reason is because we were involved in the color choice as it was being applied. When the workers left they took all debris with them. We don’t have any negative comments to share because there wasn’t anything negative. This is the second time we used this company and it has grown, but has maintained it’s high standards of customer care.
