I am very satisfied with the work done! This company has the resources. I had a water feature and multiple rocks removed (birds…), my pool updated/remodeled, and my decking resurfaced. This was a major endeavor and the outcome turned out great in a short period of time. Very impressed. Cory was my Project Manager- this is the guy you want. Very personable and communicates- unlike people from other companies I used in the past. The little things matter and what’s great is he knows they matter. Obvious he knows his stuff. Very responsive. A shout out to Hosea and Juan, who also know how to work with and communicate with their customers! So far so good- looking to next summer to enjoy- thank you guys! FYI- my project is finished and Cory is still responsive answering my calls and providing support.

We needed to have our pool and deck repaired/replaced and after reading all the reviews decided on using Arrowhead pools. Lynette and Chris were great to work with. They addressed our needs and worked to make sure any issues were taken care of. We are happy with the results and look forward to having more years of enjoyment from our pool and deck.

I wanted to give an update. My decking has chipped off in multiple spots along the seems. There are pieces of it coming off in multiple areas now. I would not use this same thin layer again to go over an existing decking.
I hired Arrowhead Deck and Pools to redo my pool decking and it turned out amazing. I had Lynnette that worked with me directly and she was fantastic. She answered any question whenever I texted her. She is so nice and a person I would be friends with outside of hiring her company for a job.
I picked colors that they hadn’t done before then they did samples first so I could see what it would look like. The sample was a little harder to tell compared to what was in my head just because it was a smaller sample. I knew what was in my head looked great but putting it all over my decking did make me a little nervous because it is being hand sprayed. I went with what I really wanted, and it turn out amazing. I love it!!
With any projects there can be minor things that pop up like weather that delays which we did have but they stayed on top of getting my decking done. The guys on site doing the work were nice and I even bought the last two guys lunch their last day here. The supervisor over the guys was nice as well and he wasn’t sure on my color choices but loved it once it was done. They are very knowledgeable, and it shows.
I attached three pictures, one before and two after. There are pop outs above and below my new windows that I will be painting black. The trim along the top of the house will also get painted black as soon as it stops raining for more than 5 days in a row.
I would recommend Arrowhead Deck and Pools for sure. They are a great company to work with.

A couple of years ago we hired Arrowhead to completely resurface our cool deck. A few months ago, we began to notice a rust spot appearing on the decking that we have never had in the 18 years of owning our home. I contacted Arrowhead, they sent out one of their repair staff who repaired the issue, no charge.

We had our 1980’s plaster diving pool resurfaced with Pebbletec and added new tile to the waterline and waterfall – we also added a large 8 foot Baja shelf to the shallow end. Pool renovations are competitive in Arizona, but Arrowhead came out on top with their friendly and professional service. Months after the job completed, I was still able to get great service from Diego with questions I had. We are really happy with the Tahoe pebble color in the end and are so glad we decided to move forward with this project!

I highly recommend Arrowhead Deck and Pools for anyone who needs a pool remodel! Our pool was old and in desperate need of a remodel after cracks got bigger and water stopped leaking, we knew it was time. I got 6 different quotes from pool companies and Dave came out with the top most professionalism. I met with him and discussed all of the issues with the pool and concerns I had with the entire project. I was amazed at the high level of tech he used for measuring and how seamless his process was. I had a quote in my hand before he left my house! I didn’t have to wait at all to know what I was getting into, how things would progress and the overall cost.
Once we accepted the quote, everything was signed online via the web portal and work started the following week. We went into the office and met with Cristina who made sure we were satisfied with our tile, pebble and patio colors and confirmed that the materials were in stock and we were able to get our desired outcome! Cristina made sure we had all necessary documents to care for our pool and deck after the completion of our project as well.
The entire project was about 5 weeks to complete and I had an amazing project manager keep in touch with me the entire time. I did have a few questions during the process that I texted and called about, and was given follow up each time. Michelle was excellent to work with and although I have a hard time with what “things should look like” I was met with reassurance each time I had a question. She really taught me to TRUST THE PROCESS!
The entire team was very professional and I truly appreciate all of the contracted teams that came to work on my pool project as well. THANK YOU!!

I work as a Residental Property Manager and this company was absolutely the best to work with! We needed to have one of our properties pool decking redone and they were efficient, the best with communication, and their prices were in line with what we were looking to pay. Justin and Lynnette both did an amazing job of explaining in detail what needed to be done, why it needed to be done and how to take care of the new decking following. Definitely will be using them again in the future! Before and after photos below.

Final edit: The team came out and redid my top joint, the final results are much better and I appreciate the work done. That said there were many delays and I was having to constantly reach out to see what was happening.
EDIT 2: today they were supposed to come to repairs. Followed up with office who said someone was coming in 1.5-2 hours, this was now 3 hours ago.
I also had reached out to the owner John because my deck is cracking. No response from him on this.
Continued pattern of poor communication on this project. Just want the pool I spent nearly $20k on to look as expected.
EDIT: I spoke with John the owner this morning. He was very helpful in working out a resolution with me. I appreciate his communication and honesty. I look forward to seeing the completed work from his team. Thanks John!
I am disappointed with everything that has transpired around my purchase.
We originally worked with Caleb, our sales rep, who was really helpful, nice, and informative. He told us how going with Arrowhead it will be the last pool we build while we live in this house. We put in new pebbletec, re-tiled, and did a brand new deck — everything but hole is brand new and done by arrowhead for our pool.
Come construction time — we had to consistently email project to get updates and understand what our involvement was supposed to be (lots of timing around when to start pump again etc.). Communication was poor throughout but the project seemed to be moving along.
Once the work was complete – we immediately noticed all the grout had already cracked, we had splits in our new decking and other small but noticeable defects with the work done.
Upon supplying pictures to their team they agreed to come fix the repairs, however since then we have been in a back and forth of email to get this work done, they have now reached a point where they are no longer responding to me. Incredibly frustrating as they have collected all my money, but left me with a low quality product.
The lack of communication is what is most frustrating, I understand things can go wrong but ghosting a customer is completely unprofessional and a scary thing to have happen when you spend so much on a project.

Solid work from a reliable company. I made it clear right from the start that I needed this project completed by a specific deadline. If they couldn’t meet that deadline, I couldn’t proceed and sign any agreements. Arrowhead assured me they could get it done, so I gave them the go-ahead. The project involved adding a new suction return line, removing old plaster, new tiles and installing new pebble tech. The team and crew were punctual, polite, and efficient. I was impressed by their professionalism and how quickly the project manager addressed all my inquiries. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done in their backyard. I rate them 10/10, and I will return to utilize their services again. Real recognize real, and credit is due where credit is deserved.

we are so happy with our new pool Lynette and Scott were so helpful with helping us design and build our pool. Shane taught how to use the equipment. we are just waiting for the curing peroid so can turn on the heater and start swimming. We can’t recommend arrowhead more highly this has been our dream for years. If you want a pool choose Arrowhead

Purchased a home that had an existing pool that was in need of a refresh. I met with, and obtained quotes from six contractors before deciding to go with Arrowhead. Pricing was fair and our rep Scott was excellent to work with during the design and bidding phase; receptive to new ideas/changes and quick to turn around adjustments/new bids. We met with our PM Cory for a kick off to review the project; Demo existing decking, tile & interior finish, added a 5′ real rock waterfall & other large accent rocks into the pool surround, new pebble finish, decking, etc. Cory and his team of foreman we’re communicative throughout as any issues arose, and the project was completed on schedule despite a couple hiccups and weather delays. This pool remodel was the lowest stress construction project I’ve been a part of. Thank you Scott, Cory, & team Arrowhead.

Everything done as promised (except they finished 2 days early). Employees gave good advice and we ended up with a beautiful pool deck.
Great experience with Arrowhead. They gave us different options for resurfacing our pool deck and detailed information about the process and final look. The project was started in a timely manner, the project manager checked measurements and gave us a schedule and the work was completed on time. We love the look of our refreshed pool deck and highly recommend Arrowhead Deck and Pools.
This is a company that really believes in customer service. From the first contact with Scott and manager Lynette we had constant communication regarding any questions we had. Lynette answered texts immediately so we were never left with unanswered questions. The patio is beautiful and 1 reason is because we were involved in the color choice as it was being applied. When the workers left they took all debris with them. We don’t have any negative comments to share because there wasn’t anything negative. This is the second time we used this company and it has grown, but has maintained it’s high standards of customer care.
I get several quotes when doing stuff to my home. Justin came out and that was it. He is so sweet it was like an old friend came by. So I hired Arrowhead. Then Lynnette was my job manager. She was so nice and kind. Lynnette explained every step. Got the job scheduled and finished in under two weeks. My pool and deck are beautiful. Thank you Lynnette and Justin for making such a stressful time easy.
